FOURSTAR after-sales service warranty

Dear Customers:
Hello! 
    Thank you for your trust and support for FOURSTAR! In order to protect your statutory rights and help you save trouble, we solemnly promise you a good after-sales service warranty as following:

    All products of FOURSTAR, either they are sold directly or indirectly through distributors, are applicable to three guarantees, refund, exchange and free maintenances.

1. Refund policy within 1 month period:
    The products of FOURSTAR can be refunded  within one month starting from the day of purchase. All you need to do is to keep the“IF REMOVED WARRANTY VOID” seal intact and return the receipt or invoice of purchase to us as well.

2. Exchange policy within 3-month period
    
Within 3-month period time starting from the day of purchase, if your products are faulty and cannot work properly, we will exchange the products for free. Either you could send back the faulty products to the distributors (if you bought from them) or to Deyang FOURSTAR directly (if you bought from the company), and we are willing to exchange it for a new product of the same model. (Note: the seal of“IF REMOVED WARRANTY VOID” must be intact.)

3. Free maintenances policy within 1-year period
    
Within one-year period starting from the day of purchase, if your products are faulty and cannot work properly, we will repair the products for free. Either you could send back faulty products to the distributors (if you bought from them) or to Deyang FOURSTAR directly (if you bought from the company), and we are willing to repair it instantly and guarantee the repaired products are functionally the same as the new. (Note: the seal of“IF REMOVED WARRANTY VOID” on the faulty products must be intact.)

4. Exceptional cases statement:
, "three guarantees" after-sales service is not applicable to any of the following circumstances:
 1.1, valid period (a maximum of one year) is gone beyond
 1.2, a result of failure or damage is caused by incorrect use, maintenance or custody which are not accordant with the Manual of products
 1.3, the product outside shell is broken or“IF REMOVED WARRANTY VOID” seal is damaged 
 1.4, if the failures or damages of product are due to force majeure such as natural disasters (flood, fire, lightning, etc.), the environment, climate disruption, or other external factors such as unstable power supply, computer failures, hot-plug, or improper operation such as cable connection errors etc.
 1.5, if the failures or damages are due to other non-product designs, technology, manufacturing, quality or other issues which are irrelevant to the products itselves.

, the responsibilities that FOURSTAR are taking in electronic product manufacturing, marketing, supply and use of products, whether they are based upons warranty, contract, negligence, product liability or other items, should not exceed the products’ original cost. As for unintentional or inevitable loss of customers, including the benefit loss and damage resulting from manufacture, sales and supply of products, Four-star do not take any responsibility of paying compensation.

, FOURSTAR is not responsible for door-to-door installation, door-to-door collection of products for maintenance, and paying the deliver charges caused on all paths among four-star company, local sales services, the customers and the distributors.

,all FOURSTAR products are provided and accepted in accordance with technical specifications listed in the manuals of products .Any special requirements or changes are not included in the product services, and we must enter into a separate contract to implement.

, FOURSTAR has no responsibilities for maintenance for any products that go beyond the free warranty period.(a maximum of one year)

    This commitment warranty only applies to purchase of products in the territory of the People's Republic of China (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions except). If the national laws are otherwise expressly provided, perform in accordance with the relevant law enforcement.
